Protein-Packed Chocolate Chip Cookies

These chocolate chip cookies are protien-packed thanks to North Coast Naturals 100% Iso Protein, which also adds a delicious vanilla flavour. Made with a base of oat flour and sweetened with stevia, they’re also gluten-free and low in sugar.

Protein-Packed Chocolate Chip Cookies with North Coast Naturals

Protein-Packed Chocolate Chip Cookies

Serves: 12
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • ¼ cup North Coast Naturals 100% Iso-Protein in Vanilla
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ½ cup baking stevia
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips (dairy-free if needed)
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. With an electric beater, cream together coconut oil, egg, vanilla and stevia.
  3. Add in remainder of dry ingredients, folding in the chocolate chips.
  4. Scoop tablespoons of the dough onto lined cookie sheet and bake for 8 minutes.
