Ingredients
  • 1 scoop North Coast Naturals 100% Iso-Protein Vanilla Flavour
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tbsp almond or cashew butter
  • 1 large or 2 small frozen bananas, cut into chunks
  • ¼ cup quick oats
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of nutmeg
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients on high until smooth.
