- 1 scoop North Coast Naturals 100% Iso-Protein Vanilla Flavour
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 tbsp almond or cashew butter
- 1 large or 2 small frozen bananas, cut into chunks
- ¼ cup quick oats
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- pinch of nutmeg
- Blend all ingredients on high until smooth.
