Christal also posts workouts, fitness tips, meal plans and plenty of tips and tricks for living the good life. She’s incredibly motivating, posts beautiful photos and her writing will always leave you with a smile.
Angela from Run. Spin. Eat. Repeat is motivation, recipes, fitness and healthy living all rolled into one convenient package. One visit to her site and you’ll be ready to hit the gym, whip up something delicious and start meal planning the week ahead.
Emily from This Rawsome Vegan Life will constantly amaze you with her incredible raw food recipes. Imagine Cinnamon Rolls with Coconut Frosting and Caramel Raisin Filling and Chocolate Molten Lava Cakes, is your mouth-watering yet? Well known for her vegan takes on classic desserts her blog has won numerous awards is well recognized around the web for being one of the top raw food blogs out there. Whether you’re vegan, vegetarian or otherwise, her recipes will have you drooling as scroll through her site. The gorgeous photography doesn’t hurt either.
If you’re interested in reducing your consumption of animal products, this is an excellent place to start. Dreena’s blog is a great resource for those looking to incorporate more plant-based foods into their diet. At Plant-Powered Kitchen you’ll find pages and pages of simple vegan recipes, food and healthy living tips and a look at Dreena’s vegan lifestyle. Dreena is the author of 4 vegan cookbooks and an at-home mom to 3 girls. She offers cooking videos and writes about everything from vegan holidays to vegan children, women’s health and gluten-free cooking.
