What makes VEGE-CLA unique?
VEGE–CLA liquid Veggie-Gels™ derive their CLA from high linoleic safflower oil super concentrated to yield Cis-9 trans-11 Isomer and Trans-10 Cis-12 Isomer, the active CLA Isomers.
Supplements that do not state the active CLA isomers may actually be just safflower oil and not actually active CLA. Concentrating the CLA from safflower oil assures that you get the active fat burning oil free of excess fat in the diet.
How Does CLA Work To Reduce Fat Accumulation?
CLA is not a stimulant. CLA prevents fat accumulation in fat cells by disabling the enzyme that regulates fat entry into the cell. Fat enters the fat cell through a "door" that is controlled by an enzyme, the "key." By inhibiting this enzyme, or "key," CLA keeps the "door" locked. When the "door" is locked, fat cannot enter the cells thereby not allowing the amount of fat to increase in the cells. The less fat present in the cells, the smaller and less mature they become, this helps to reduce the level of fat in the body. CLA increases lean muscle tissue activity (calorie burning) by enhancing the enzyme activity in muscle cells.
