The Ultimate Smoothie
Great for breakfast, before or after a workout or as a mid-afternoon snack.
- 1 cup milk, milk substitute, water or juice
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup unsweetened, plain yogurt
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup frozen berries
- 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon North Coast Naturals Organic EFA 369 Oil blend or North Coast Naturals Organic Hemp Oil
- 1 scoop North Coast Naturals 100% Iso-Protein (vanilla or unflavoured) powder, or Organic Brown Rice, Organic Soya or Organic Hemp Protein powder
- 1 scoop North Coast Naturals Ultimate Daily Greens
- Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until completely mixed.
Serving Suggestion: prepare an extra batch and freeze it in popsicle trays.
